At ToolsWallet (https://toolswallet.dev), our core mission is to make powerful digital utilities accessible without compromising user privacy. We believe in verifiable transparency: stating exactly what happens to your data per tool, with no hidden uploads or ambiguous claims.

You can independently inspect all network activity in your browser's Developer Tools to verify that files processed with our client-side utilities never send HTTP requests to any remote servers.

Category A: Client-Side Utilities (Zero Upload)

Applicable Tools: PDF Merger, Splitter, Compressor, PDF to Word/Excel, Image Compressor, Resizer, Cropper, Format Converter, Video to MP3/GIF, JSON Formatter, QR Generator, Password Generator, Unit & EMI Calculators.

  • Processing takes place 100% inside your browser via local JavaScript and WebAssembly (Wasm).
  • Your files, text, and images are never transmitted over the internet to our servers.
  • Files are removed from browser memory as soon as you close or refresh the tab.

Category B: AI-Powered Inference Tools

Applicable Tools: AI Background Remover, Text-to-Speech (AI Audio), AI Text Humanizer, AI Vector Embeddings, RAG Assistant.

  • These tools require heavy machine learning models that execute server-side or via specialized AI APIs (e.g. Google Gemini, vector models).
  • Retention: Payload is processed strictly in-memory during the active HTTP request. No uploaded image or text is written to persistent databases or disks.
  • Training: We do not use your inputs or uploaded files to train AI models.

To keep ToolsWallet 100% free with no paywalls or mandatory subscriptions, we display non-intrusive advertisements:

  • Google AdSense: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Analytics (Vercel & Google Analytics): We collect aggregated, anonymous traffic data (browser type, device screen size, referring page) to fix bugs and monitor uptime. We do not track personal identities or associate analytics with file content.
